The children will learn how to Warm Up, Cool Down safely. They learns drills & skills for Acro & Aerial. 

In acro they will learn the disciplines of Fold/Floor/Flight and how to stretch to gain flexabilty.

Strength work is also important within these sessions so they are given conditioning exercises. 

They get to work on floor mats/air track and in the air.

In the air they will skills for the aerial hoop, loops, silks, hammock, trapeze, rings, flying pole, ropes and more.
